this is true, their arent any regulars, and if im being honest the information provided on these forums is very poor, many people dont seem to have informed messages, it varies a lot from person to person!

i have so many topics to raise but i do it on a aol forum as people on their make more informed messages.

do people know of any forums which are much more *active*?

Yes but this site isnt AOL is it? How many customers do you think AOL have. Try www.muscletalk.co.uk if you dont like this one.

i think the info is ok - maybe there are quite a lot of beginners here but at least we're in the same boat. people just need to raise more stuff. all boards start quiet and grow as more people join and get involved. it's all good.

well donkey the reason why i do message is that others might act upon this information and just find its not for them. Im only a newcomer to the forum itself, at the time i wrote that message i was just thinking about all the information which was given and it was very poor!

You know what, lets make this forum more vibrant i mean everyone must have issues with their fitness, so why not post them
