hi Ladies. i am a 28 year old mummy of two girls and i had a baby four months ago. before i fell pregnant i was a size 12 and after giving birth i was a size 18. i'm looking for anyone who wants to lose weight by dieting and exercising or a gym buddy who wants to go to the gym with me. its so annoying going to the gym by myself and seeing all the size zero's working their heats out. you can be an exercise freak or a couche potato i don't mind but you must want to train or lose weight. i just want a bit of motivation. someone to go on the scales with at the end of the week. come on ladies i know we all want to lokk our best. lets give it a go and see how it works.
