My Journal - Alisonds, Weight loss and toning up

Hi all

I've just joined and thinking that this will be a good idea as a way to make me accountable for what I'm doing and how I'm progressing.

So I'm starting fresh currently about 5 foot 2 and about 10.5 stone although for some reason they've removed the scale from the gym! Tomorrow morning I'm also going to measure the key areas I want to improve as I don't actually care what the scale says so long as I'm getting slimmer and liek how I look. I'm currently about a size 12 and would love to get to a 10.

I keep a food journal on another site so I won't repeat everything here unless there's something to report lol! So far I'm just reeling form the past few weeks of dicovering how much I eat and how much fat is in it! So I'm seriously modifying my diet at the moment and cutting out all the junk.

Today I've been to the gym for a Body Combat class which I really enjoyed and sweated a lot!

I'll probaly update this journal about once a week - hopefully with progress! - and the workouts / intake I've had.
