I have been on a diet for a week now. But I think it is kinda tiring. (speaking of missing out my favorite foods!) What can I do to reduce eating between meals? Because that is my problem now. I dont think my diet can even work if I will continouly feel this.

It's just been a week that you are on a diet it's a starting and you are not use to it slowly it becomes your routine habit don't worry about it in the mean time if you are having a temptation to eat something between meals then eat some fruits, salad, soups or sometimes sandwiches with vegetables inside.

Have fruit in between meals - oranges, apples etc these are full of nutrients and are low in calories so shouldn't affect your diet program.

Yup eating fruits would be a good filler. Just have couple of apples or oranges they are very healthy too. Earlier my sister used to eat chocolate and all sorts of sweets. She had the same problem and did the same.

Drinking water between meals can reduce your hunger. Also eating fruits can reduce the hunger without adding extra caleries.

Try to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. That way your hunger will not be that much since the meal interval is just short. They're right, drink plenty of water to reduce your hunger.

Can you recommend any fruits that can ease hunger? Apples and oranges doesn't work for me. Makes me starve more. Sorry if I made a mistake of posting this question here. Just want to know. Thanks.

Hi, I won't recommend you any fruits. Instead, drink plenty of water to avoid starving that much. Hope this helps.
