I've never held CEE in high regard. Kre-alkalyn is better. I don't take Creatine anymore. Used to use Mono long time back, which was a mistake, poor results, and wasn't physically developed to make best use of it.

Kre-alkalyn supposedly does give a bit of Water retention, CEE doesn't, but there was claims out some time back, CEE is not proven 100% safe, and it's not proven to bypass Enzymes in the Gut.

This means the Esther Bond could be stripped away by Enzymes, and leave you with a fancy kind of Mono.

Some say a Kre-alkalyn manufacturer spread this around, but that's hearsay, not proven to my knowledge.

Everyone is different, and many will say CEE type Creatne is good, and works, so you should not take my comments as a big No No to CEE, but should you find you aren't getting entirely the results you feel you could, try Kre, as it would probably be a little cheapr being sort of the forerunner to CEE in a sense.

Personally, CEE-Max from Maximuscle and ALRI CR2 are both very effective!
