Hello everyone, I am expecting your answer about how to loose my weight as soon as possible what should i do ??  

My age 23 , height 5fit7inc, weight 82kg .

Please recommend me.

Hi John

In a nutshell ... eat natural foods, unprocessed meat, fish, & poultry with fruit & veg (6 colours every day) drink water and be active with sport or any exercise you enjoy every day

Just follow these steps for 1 month. I guarantee you that you will thank me later :rolleyes:

1. Drink a glass of hot water whenever you are thirsty.
2. Avoid sugar, white bread, rice, potatoes, and all junk food.
3. Do rope skipping for 3 minutes.
4. Do some stretching as you wake up.
5. Chew your food properly.
6. Drink water only after 1 hour of your meal.
7. If you can spend some money, buy Organic Noni Juice and take 60 ml of it every morning on empty stomach.

Here are a few tips ....

=Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating

=Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat

=Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber

=Cut carbs from your diet

=Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat

=Don’t eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks

Elina has also given some good points to consider to lose weight. Sometimes, you need to have what you like to eat otherwise life will become a mess. So, whenever you eat anything which may make you repent later, try exercising even for longer minutes.

Hi John.

I suppose it depends why you want to lose weight. Is it to shed unwanted fat or to tone your body or both.

If it is simply to lose weight then eat a balanced diet including fats, lean proteins, veg but keep the carbs under control. Your body will be burning the fat off in no time.

If you are looking to tone your body then similar except you will need to do some exercises to build muscle and probably have a high protein/carb meal after exercise to refuel.  You could also consider using a protein powder like diet whey which is great when trying to lose weight and build lean muscle at the same time.
