Hi again Tim

I've just purchased some promax (not extreme) as I'm experimenting with muscle size, extreme is more complex than the other, once I can get back to training (the kids gave me flu):( , I'll let you know how I get on.

Steve - what other proteins have you tried? I've had success with Reflex and not too much in the way of gains with Optimum nutrition. It's hard to gauge as I think my training was more efficient at the time when I had Reflex - so I think it has been the supplement - but in part it must be due to the routine I was doing. They both cost the same and I am wondering what my next step will be.

I am currently trying Cyclone - we shall see - not sure yet.

It would be good to see what Promax is like.
