Hi everyone, can someone please suggest a form of exercise that tones your bum and hips. My thighs and the rest of me are toned but my bum is so flabby and I want it to be toned for my holiday in the summer.

Thanks, any help welcome!

Hi Emma the best way to tone your glutes (bum) is to do lunges and squats. However if its fat your trying to shift you will have to do some extra cardio and check your diet.

Hi emma, my gym instructor got me doing lunges and overhead squats. I noticed a difference in shape of my bum! ;)

Rather than trying the latest fad diet or skipping meals, just reduce the total amount of calories you consume daily. If you consume the number of daily calories you need, you will maintain your current weight. If you reduce this amount by just a couple of hundred calories a day, it will create a deficit between the calories you take in and the calories you expend. You can trim fat from your diet, but make sure you’re still getting around 30% of your calories from fat.
