Hi everyone,

My names Tim, I'm 22 and have recently joined the Gym and eating more healthy due to the lack of exercise I've been getting, poor eating habits and general neglect of health etc. I'm 6ft 2" and currently weigh 208lbs.

I'm also after some training advice etc and any supplements that may help me. I take A-Z of Multi Vitamins and Minerals and Glucosamine Sulfate.

Anyway that's me so Hi =]

Hey sorry to revive an old thread.

Forgot I joined this place and stumbled across and thought i'd have a look around.

I have been going to the gym 3 times a week since I started in Oct 2010 and have lost 3st 8lbs and have greatly improved my fitness and strength Posted Image

Hi every one,
I am from Bredfordshire, England. I am married guy and have two sons. They both are very crazy about video games and some lazy stuff like this. I am very curious regarding their health problems, so that I joined this forum to sortout thier fitness and health issues through the informative threads of this forum.
