Hey, I am looking to loose quite a lot of weight, I do go to the gym which has been working but I feel that there are better routines to help me with my goal. Also I am looking for any foods that will help me with losing weight i.e. with energy or metabolism. Thanks

Hey,

Here's a trick to find out how much you should be eating to lose weight.

Multiply your weight in pounds by 14, that's a good estimate for your TDEE (How much energy you burn in a day)
Then subtract 500 or 1000 from this number and eat that many calories every day to lose 1 or 2 pounds each week respectively.

Metabolism boosting food's effects are often overstated, though consuming more protein will help you in this way and several others.

I hope this helps.

Losing a lot of weight requires you to start exercising and eating less. You should start off light when it comes to exercise and work in healthy foods into your diet.

Why not try some home gym equipment as an alternative to heading to the gym-
