One Of Those 'new Year, New Me' People...

... well, not completely!

I've recently gone back to cycling to (35 mins) and from (40/45mins) work after a 4 month injury period and thought that, whilst I was at it, I'd join the gym too as it was so close and had a good number of classes I wouldn't mind attending (not to mention the swimming pool!) I'm also looking at using the gym too (well, gotta get my money's worth!) and have had the induction hour so feeling half a step above totally unprepared ;)

I'd like to be able to get tips, ask for help etc from people as well as be able to talk about these subjects in general, so I thought a good option would be to come online :)

I hope to be able to get to know everyone on here!
