Hi all,

I'm looking for a good post-workout shake for after training. Need something to gulp down instead of going home and having a big meal. Can anybody recommend any they've used before?

Thanks in advance.

An all-in-one - there are few around. However - going home and having a meal post exercise is just as beneficial - does not have to be a big meal though.
