Hello all i have a few questions to ask and maybe a bit of advice.

Some general information:-

Age - 25
Sex - Male
Weight 179.2 lb (81.3kg)
Height 6ft

Basically i'm trying to put bit of weight on and get a healthy eating plan going but that's the hardest part. I work a full time night shift through the week so basically it's impossible to eat the the normal times like any other normal person ;) I work in a Timber mill so it's a very active job where i lift alot and i'm constantly on the move move around for 8 - 12 hours a day depending how long my shift is. (finish at 6am)

What would be good times to eat at?
What are good foods to eat to keep my energy levels up?

Random question:-

Is it possible to build up a chest with just doing pushups? I've started a workout routine called 7 weeks to 100 push ups basically the name of the routine says it all. i'm currently just finished week 2 and managed to get a Maximum 36 pushups where as when i first started i only managed 21 so it must be working.

Why not try a home gym or some weight and dumbbells. They are great for building muscle and adding weight.

Firstly, to keep constant blood sugar levels steady, eating 5 small meals a day will help maintain energy levels throughout a day instead of 5 hours without food. This will also stop any snacking, such as crisps, chocolate etc.

Doing push ups will help build your Pectoral muscles, if you do press ups with a wider grip then that'll focus more on your chest (Pectorals) shoulders and triceps. For progression, move on to one armed push ups or more weight on your back, so it is harder to extend back up.

For any more advice visit my website below for updates and advice.

Hope this helped.
