Hi all,

I'm a 42 year old desk bound office worker and I want to get heathier and fitter. I weigh about 210 and want to get down to about 180(ish) and despite eating healthy food most of the time, I'm struggling to loose weight. Because of work and family life I get very little time to myself; evenings are out, I dont work that close to any local gym so my only time is early morning a few days a week.

With my limited time I am after some advice about training, nutrition, supplements etc.

Cheers,

Hey,

If you keep to around 2000 calories, you'll lose just over 2 lb weekly and you'll continue to lose that much for a couple of months. Cardio requires at least 3 days per week to make a substantial difference really.

There's a free downloadable, albeit slightly generic, programme available off my site (in the signature) covering training, cardio, nutrition and supplementation in a little more detail than I can here, so take a look there.

Otherwise, count calories and have 2000/day and you'll lose a steady 2lb each week..

Hope this helps.
