Fat Help Please

ok last year i lost around 5 stone 6 pound from running


im male 6ft and weigh 12 stone 11 pound.

i want to transform the fatty area (around chest ect, into muscle)

i do circuit training ect also and weights, i row, but i dont see any more muscle.

is it because i am still eating less calories than i should be?

i have recently started cutting back on food that has high fat ect, but still need some guidance.

please help

my body fat percentage is 15-16% help me

Not sure what your diet is like but, reduce simple carbs and increase your protein intake.

Bench press is the best exercise for your chest, lift heavy with good technique, do flat, incline and decline versions, with barbell and dumbbells.

Try reducing the cardio and increase the weight training to see if it gets better results.
