I'm a little new to this so please go easy.
Picked up the fitness bug since new year and have started running around my local park. It's about 2km and has taken this long to get round it in one hit. Wanting to stretch myself more I've decided to sign up to The General 10K. This course is all off road and with hills. Now it would be great if any of you lovely people could advise on how to step up my trraining in the aim of getting round the course without stopping.
