Hi, I'm 30 years old an unemployed. I need some advice on potential fitness 'regimes' I can do during the week.
Apart from running, what should I be doing? If I was to have a plan, what would that look like (timetable).
Employment is looking impossible so want to keep in shape, be ready for when the job market potentially gets better.
Nutritional advice is welcome to, at the moment baked potatoes and pasta are regular...basically any advice for those of us that are poor please!

Do you have any equipment?
Also some gyms round my way have offers for the unemployed people in regards to prices, with use of the gym available during the normal work day when it is not so busy generally. Worth a look.
Bodyweight exercises will do a bit for you, but you have to be very creative to make a full body workout from them.
Get back to me and I'll try to be of assistance.
