Please keep in mind this don't happen all the time buti get this real bad around 70% of the time.

Ok me and a friend go running up 50m hills 10 times over just before this we do some quite intense circuit training, but after the hills im sometimes sick and I sometimes get little head aces I also get really bad tickle on my throught after it its so annoying and lasts for about 5-15 minutes and I don't no what's causing it? It's really uncomfortable and even during the hills about after about 5 my throught starts closing up and its like breathing through a tiny straw is this normal? I've just recently started using a mild inhalator this does help but not much as i want it to its still real bad i have to breath real heavy and i no its not doing any harm "i hope" but its so uncomfortable

Could I have asthma that I don't no about?

PS: I am new to this stuff

Intensity is too high! Try to decrease the intensity and see if the problem reappear ! If so then visit to a doctor is required!

It does sound like you're going way too hard. So take a longer rest, do slower reps or do less reps.

Currently I do 2 hard running based workouts a week, but nothing that quite makes me sick and so out of breath. There are a few different types of running workout I do and they all target slightly different improvements; the workouts are Intervals, Repetitions, Tempo and Hills, that pretty much covers it I think.

Do you know how fast you can run a certain distance, say 1km, 1 mile, 5km or 10km? If you do then I can suggest a workout with a certain pace for you to try.
