Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I need to lose 2 stone to get down to my recommended weight for my age/ hight. And I know that everyone says to eat healthily but a lot of it will make me sick. I have the worst gag reflecAndrew dentist says that she has never seen one as bad as mine) and food textures make me gag and ifeel like I am going to be sick (I do love fruit though). I also rearly feel hungry (today I didn't eat until 2:30 and wasn't hungry but ate because everyone else was)
There is no way that I would have the confidance to go to a gum but I do have the wii that l try to use about 3/4 a week.
I also walk every where but I think my body is used to it by now
Can anyone recommend anything that could help

To lose weight, you need to eat less.. not necessarily healthier. Eat less of the foods that you can eat and you will still lose weight.

Hi,
As Theo said, to lose weight you need to eat less. To lose weight healthilyand in a sustainable way you also need to watch what you eat and where your caloriescome from, especially if you still want to keep you energy levels up whilelosing weight. Eating fewer calories does not necessarily mean eating less! Isuggest you experiment and try different healthy foods until you find some youlike or swap the food you currently eat fora healthy version of it, e.g. if you like fries, you can still have potatoesbut try to boil them or mash them instead of frying them. If you likechocolate, go for dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. If you like crisps, try unsweetened and unsalted popcorns instead etc... Not only you will consume lesscalories and lose weight but you won’t deplete yourself from essential vitaminsand minerals needed by your body to function optimally and stay healthy. Thehealthier your body is the more effective it will be at losing weight.
Mashing your food, making smoothiesand soups can also help if you don’t like the texture of certain food.
Modern Western culture seems to think that people gethungry at about 9 AM, 12 noon, and again at 6 PM. While this may be a generallygood schedule for eating, you don't have to eat at meal time if you're nothungry yet. Eat when you are hungry.
Drink at least 1.5 litre of water a day.
Finally, keep up the walking and try to be as active as possible to burn more calories.
