The leg unit focuses on strengthening the quadriceps and hamstrings while the height adjustable preacher pad with short bar concentrates on biceps. Olympic plates are loaded on the ‘unicorn’ pin at the front of the unit. The upholstery is thick and offers support and comfort both on the leg rollers and preacher pad.  PLEASE NOTE: Weights and barbell not included.
