The NordicTrack C7.5 Elliptical Cross Trainer is an affordable cross trainer that provides a quality you would expect to find on more expensive cross trainers. It has a small footprint when compared with many front drive cross trainers but the NordicTrack C7.5’s 20″ (51cm) stride provides a good elliptical feel that is not too ‘steppy’ which can be a problem on smaller ellipticals. Amazingly, when you consider the price you get a power incline feature. The incline seamlessly changes the terrain of your workout, helping target and work different muscle groups of the lower body. The incline rises to 20º. You don’t usually get such a high degree of incline on machines at this price, so its a real steel to find this on the C7.5. The console is not as fancy or as large as other Nordic Track consoles but its bright and easy to read with a scrolling message board. There is also a sturdy bracket for your tablet. If you use a tablet and pay a small monthly subscription you will get all the advantages of Nordic Tracks iFit Coach and connection devices such as Google Maps, where you can run famous trails on your own, watching real life landmarks pass you by. However its not necessary as the NordicTrack C7.5 comes with 26 different built in programmes, all designed by a certified personal trainer, guaranteeing to spice up your workout routine. Finally large cushioned footplates and a multi speed fan are a couple of nice comfort touches and 22 levels of resistance will add more than enough challenge to your workouts.
