Constructed from a solid wooden frame and high quality leather (or faux leather) upholstery the bench is ideal for numerous weight training exercises including heavy weightlifting, as it has a maximum user weight (including weights) of 400kg. The benches backrest is easily adjusted to 8 different positions from flat to fully upright and the front seat can be raised to give additional support during specification exercises. The upholstery surfaces are economically shaped, providing optimal support and with a bench length of 135cm (53″) and a width of 35cm (13.7″) it will provide ample support for all shapes and sizes.
