  1. Hi guys, this is my first post. I've been hitting the gym for just over a week now and now some advice. Burning approx 500cals per session. My diet before was nothing more than loads of white bread and a big dinner each day, loads of calories and consuming loads of sugar while drinking lucozade and coke. I managed to completely stop the lucozade and coke and replaced it with robinsons fruit juice. I have also cut out the bread, but replaced it with Cornflakes. I'm not sure whether this is a right move. I'm eating cornflakes for breakfast, lunch and evening snack. I am a very, very fussy eater and have a strong gag reflex with anyone I don't like the look/smell off. Can someone give me any advice on whether this is suitable. Thanks Mark
