  1. Hi everyone, I've just started coaching a kids football team, they're all boys aged 6-7. They all have varying levels of football ability which is fine and manageable but one thing I'm not clear on is if they need any fitness or mobility work at this age. My son plays for the team and appears to be able to run forever (similar to most of the boys) however agility is lacking. I know theyre young so should i leave them to develop this as the grow and get older or is it something that i can and should be encouraging on the basis that it wont do any harm and will only help their fitness levels? All opinions welcome
