Vegetarian Alternatives To Protien Powder

3 posts in this topic

I am a vegetarian who regularly goes to the gym.

I have whey protein powder mixed with water after the gym and I also have it every morning with milk for breakfast.

I do not lurk the taste, and have tried every flavour going!

The ones I have after the gym aren't too bad as I only add a little water so that I can swig it down in one haha

But for breakfast, with the milk, it makes me feel so sick and I am struggling to keep it down! It's making me be pysically sick, even hours after I've finished it!

The problem is, I don't like milk, milk shakes etc so I can't do anything to it to make it palatable!

Any advice for this struggling vegetarian? I take it to help with muscle repair and to make my resistance training have a better effect

Thank you

Hello!

I use a Arbonne vegan chocolate or vanilla protein powder and simply add water to it. The protein is derived from pea and cranberries so is completely animal free. The protein is also gluten free so you don't get any bloating and is really easy to digest!

If you would like some more info just let me know amd I'd be happy to send you some details!
