Fermented foods as an essential part of the healthy diet

Hello guys!

As majority of you might be aware of the healthy benefits of the fermented foods, I would like to know what do you guys think about including a little bit more of the pickled cucumbers and similar products to your cooking routine. If you can share any of your recipes using these products and which fermented products are you using and which are your favorite ;))

I have just included sauerkraut as being a staple part of my diet. Other foods are Kombucha and my next step is to make my own Yoghurt. Hope this helps
