Lifting Grips

3 posts in this topic

Hi, Has anyone here ever used Cobra Grips lifting grips? I was thinking of purchasing a pair, and wanted some advice before I do. Thanks.

I bought these cheap ones and they're fine: http://amzn.to/2dlsShX

FYI I wouldn't bother with them unless you're pushing double your bodyweight for deadlifts or you won't develop the strength. Experiment with different grips eg mixed or thumbs on same side as fingers.

Also, I wouldn't use them unless you have some defect in your hand. Someone broke my finger last year so I struggle to grip anything close to double bodyweight - if I attempt this kind of weight, the next day it feels like someone has hit my finger with a hammer.

Hello...

I am using RDX Lifting Grips ... I suggest you to buy RDX Sports gears... As this brand provides a large range of products like Boxing gloves, Punching bags,  Protective gears, Fitness gears and Training gears...
