Thanks for sharing the tips to boost your workout session. I want to share the tips so that you won't feel lethargic to do the workout -

1. Watch motivational video just before doing the workout.
2. Drink a glass of warm water.
3. Meditate for 5 minutes.

Follow these advises every time you start your workout.
