Hi, everybody! I am new to this forum and I admit to be more passionate about food than working out, but still concerned about my weight. I was wondering whether any of you has tried a meal planner or nutritional platform as they offer a variety of recipes?

I would always recommend meal planning along with regular exercise  for weight loss/maintenance, remember if you are consuming calories you need to be burning some off too
