Hi, I am a teen wondering how I can lose this unwanted fat. I feel really fat. Could anyone identify my body type from this fat picture of me and what I should as a diet and exercise.

Firstly, log your food intake (EVERYTHING) for a day, then cut down 300kcals. Use MyFitnessPal's website or app.

For exercise, if you can speak to a personal trainer, ask them for a weights routine to build strength. The rest will follow.
