How physical activity effects your sleep quality ?

Dear Participant, 

If you are 18 years or over, we would like to invite you to participate in a research based on questionnaires that are designed and carried out by the experts of the Institute of Health Promotion and Sport Sciences at ELTE, led by Prof. Attila Szabo.

The questionnaire pack used in the research asks questions related to physical activity – precisely, about your exercise quantity and quality - as well as questions about perceived stress, life satisfaction and how well you sleep. It takes about 15-20 minutes to answer all the questions. The questionnaires contain certain reflective statements, and those who consider them carefully might enrich their own experimental knowledge about themselves. By completing this questionnaire, you might contribute to deepen our knowledge in the field of physical activity and sleep quality, and we would like to say thank you for that.

Participation in the study, by completing the questionnaires, is totally voluntary. It can be interrupted any time without any reason or required justifications; in that case, your data is deleted.
