Tone Bum At Gym

3 posts in this topic

Hi guys,

Was just looking for some tips on what pieces of equipment in the gym work your bum?

I'm slim but have no ass! Just want to get it more toned.

Usual workout includes half an hour on crosstrainer and I go to the gym twice a week.. just wanting to know which machines target this area, don't really enjoy doing squats and don't think I do them properly :S

Hi

Welcome to F&L, Get a trainer at the gym to show you how to squat and lunge they are good for the glutes, there are also step machines, hip flexion/extension, stair machines, you can use an attachment on cable bicep curl, hill walking/running, kneeling rear leg lift, even buttock clenching to get you started.

squatting and lunging will give you a great bum!! firm like mutton!

dont worry about it getting big- train the above exercises hard, you wont turn to Jo-Lo overnight! :(

maybe hill-climbing/stepper cardio
