The BeElite Power Band (Heavy) is the highest level of resistance in the set. This band should be used by advanced and active users who are looking to intensify their workouts with maximum resistance. The BeElite Power Band extends your training options at home, particularly when it comes to strength training, flexibility, core stability, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and rehabilitative workouts. You can use power bands to intensify full-body workouts, abs and lower body exercises, and for stability and balance training. Power bands are usually colour-coded to identify their level of resistance. The resistance level is the amount of tension the band offers you during an exercise.
