The Sport XT bench is compatible with 7ft (213cm) Olympic and 7ft (213cm) standard barbells and provides added support thanks to a 45mm (1.7″) thick padded vinyl seat and back support. The included squat rack is perfect for squats and shoulder presses and guarantees safe weightlifting sessions thanks to a stable U-shaped base.
